We work hard in 3G. Students work individually, with partners, and in small groups to learn, teach others, and to make deeper connections.

Here students are helping partners revise their writing.

We went outside on a beautiful day in December for a math scavenger hunt. This helped us practice arrays, area models, and multiplication and division word problems.

Learning to round to the nearest tens and hundreds is a little bit tricky and little bit dry. Adding a dice game certainly improves enthusiasm!

IPC Brain Research

Students were highly focused when researching how to keep brains healthy. It can be a lot of fun to dive into expository books and articles. The brain is pretty cool! 🧠
