It’s P.E. / Movement Day! (5/15)

Here is our P.E. / Movement activities for today.  Remember, you can try any of the activities even if you are not that age!!  I even try them on my own!!  It’s important to exercise every day!!



3 Year Olds (in Ms. Barbara and Mrs. Almoula’s group)


We’re going to play “Simon Says” today.

Remember, only do what Simon Says!!  (If “Simon says, Raise your hand.” – Do it!!, If it’s only “Raise your hand.”- Don’t do it!!  It’s a little tricky, but you can do it!

Let’s try our best on a beautiful sunny day!!



4 Year Olds (in Miss Yuri and Ms. Hoshi’s group)

Happy Friday!
How are you all doing with your One month exercise challenge? 

How many days were you able to put a cross on the calendar? 

No worries if you haven’t been able to do it everyday.

But it is nice to see that you are exercising regularly because exercise helps you become stronger and healthier!

From today, you can try some of these exercises till the end of next week!

-Marching 10 sec

-Sit down and stand up X5
-Knee hug on the spot X 5 sets

-Jumping Jacks X5

-Feet Tap X5 sets

Here is a short tutorial of these exercises!  Watch me and do the same!!



Make sure to stay hydrated while doing your daily exercises! 🙂

Hello everybody!


Today is our fourth day of Flashy Feet Friday! Today’s activities are going to be focused on jumping. We have been learning about different kinds of jumps and today we are going to put them together for our practice. Here is our list.  Click to see what to do*


Bunny jump

Close open jump

Moon jumps


Sideways jumps

Star jumps

Skater jumps

Tuck jumps


There are two new jumps on our list and I hope that you get to practice them too. They might be a little hard at first but I know that with practice, these jumps will all be easy peasy! 

Always remember to be careful when doing your practices so that you don’t fall or bump or hurt yourselves and others!
