Grade 9 students were treated to a writing workshop with Newbery Honored author Adam Gidwitz in the library yesterday. It was an honour to have Adam return to our school, after an initial visit four years ago, which was well-remembered by some of our students.

The Nagasaki-born British novelist Kazuo Ishiguro has won the 2017 Nobel Prize for Literature.
We have five of his novels in our library collection as well as two films. These are currently on display in the library and available for checkout.
