Adam Gidwitz

The Newbery Honored author Adam Gidwitz returned to our library yesterday for a session with 4th and 5th grades. Adam last visited our school in 2011 and I was delighted when he accepted my invitation to return to Japan.

Adam enthralled us with his stories, linking to his book A Tale Dark and Grimm and the others in the trilogy as well as So You Want To Be a Jedi?

Adam also answered plenty of questions from the students about his life as a writer and how his books get published. It certainly was an honour to host an author of Adam’s calibre in our library.

Adam’s books are available for checking out from our library.
