Was it too hard or quite easy? Did you feel your legs get stronger with each jump you practiced? I hope everyone enjoyed their jumping time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For today\u2019s Flashy Feet practice, we will be focusing on moving sideways. It might be hard to balance at first because we are used to only moving forwards or backwards. Moving sideways can start out slowly and get stronger and faster as we improve with our practice.
