Happy Friday! <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have you finished exercising for a 1 month challenge? <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For today, I will introduce you to reptile yoga.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you would like to do your 1month exercise challenge today as well, I would recommend you to finish your exercise first and then do this yoga to calm your body down. Always try to do the best moving and jumping you can for about 30 seconds and then take a quick break to get ready for the next activity.
