We have been dancing, exercising and calming ourselves with yoga for the past blog entries. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will continue with this for the next few weeks! <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Today is an exercising &amp; workout day! <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will be continuing with a 5 minutes workout \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This time we are doing 40 seconds of\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-StarJumps<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Running Punches<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Frog Jumps<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Squat and Turn<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Knees To Elbow Marching<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You will have 20 seconds of rest time during these exercises.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may notice some moves are from songs and dances we have done in the past!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make sure you have your water bottle near you so you can drink water when you need it. You will feel your heart beating very fast during this activity. These exercises also help us with our balance and coordination.
