You can be creative and come up with your own bug poses! On Flashy Feet Fridays, we will be doing activities to get our legs and feet, fast and strong. I have placed here some activities we can do to improve our lower body. You can do them as many times as you like and you can even ask others to do them with you. Soon enough, you will be able to do them quickly and develop strong and fast feet!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For this Friday\u2019s Flashy Feet session, we will be reviewing how to do our bunny and star jumps and also get to know a few new moves!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Try to do each movement for about 30 seconds and then take a quick break to get ready for the next one!
