We will continue with dancing and exercising to stay healthy and fit! This week, we will introduce you to some Yoga poses!<\/p>\n<p><b>Spring Yoga:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Yoga has great benefits for the children as well. Here are a few more sock ball challenges you can do at home to continue developing your hand-eye coordination and reflexes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can do them 10, 20 or even as many times as you want! Remember to always be mindful of your space and the things around you and know where you&#8217;re throwing your sock ball.
