(#3)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s our P.E.\/Movement Day!\u00a0 We hope you will enjoy the activities which were sent in by the teachers of the 3 age groups for you to do!!\u00a0 We hope that you are staying healthy by 1) eating well, 2) washing your hands properly and 3) exercising!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>3 Year Olds (in Ms. Barbara and Mrs. Almoula&#8217;s group)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The three-year olds work hard on following directions and refining their coordination.\u00a0 Here is a simple song\/dance you can do!<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Just Dance Kids 2014 I Like To Move It\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ziLHZeKbMUo?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">4 Year Olds (in Miss Yuri and Ms. Hoshi&#8217;s group)<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>(1) Musical time\/Dance moves:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Party While We&#8217;re Young:\u00a0 \u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is child-friendly music so please do not worry!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This has simple moves such as&#8230; show your right\/left hand, show your right\/left foot, spin your head around, touch the ground and reach the clouds.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the song goes <\/span><b><i>&#8220;Party Party~&#8221;<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the children are free to do their own moves, follow the dancers on youtube or you can also teach them some simple dance moves.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may also watch the video with the children and dance along. Please watch the video entirely first so that you can pause at strategic moments so that you and your child can have enough time to copy the poses and breathe properly. We breathe in and out through our nose.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Differentiation: Take note of the child&#8217;s balance and form. If they are performing well, extending the pose for a few more breaths\/seconds would help with their muscle strength\/endurance.
