Apr\u00e8s les <strong><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\">laitages<\/span> <\/strong>(riches en calcium) , les <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Viandes, poisons et oeufs<\/span> <\/strong>(riches en prot\u00e9ines), c&#8217;\u00e9tait le tour des <strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/span> <\/strong>aujourd&#8217;hui.
